Q: IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?
A: There is no fee to book the room, but we do have a minimum food purchase of $25.00 per dozen guests and attendees may pay separately.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM # OF PEOPLE NEEDED TO RESERVE THE ROOM?
A: No, but we do have a minimum food purchase of $25.00 per one dozen guests and attendees may pay separately. Don’t hesitate to reach out with your room rental questions and needs. We might be able to move some tables together to suit your needs to avoid the food purchase minimum. Groups of 24 or more must be made 7 days in advance to ensure Pizza Garden is staffed appropriately.
Q: CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES?
A: Pizza Garden is BYOB; however, dessert is the ONLY food item that may be brought in. Dessert MUST be served using plastic ware and paper plates provided by the customer.
Q: CAN I ORDER AHEAD?
A: Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it. It makes for a better experience for you. You can up order up to 7 days in advance, just call the restaurant at 817-281-7627. Don’t hesitate to call with any questions. If you’d like help with how to order please email pizza_garden@yahoo.com and our owner can help you with ordering the proper quantities for your group. Please note that orders placed separately at the time of the event will be served separately. We strongly recommend you place your order 24 hours in advance. We can help with buffet planning.

A: Yes! Everyone can still purchase the buffet to ensure guests get their individual Pizza Garden favorites. We also have Large Order options perfect for groups.
Q: WHAT BEVERAGES DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?
A: We have Pepsi products, including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Root Beer, Pink Lemonade, Sierra Mist, Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper. We also have Sweet and Unsweetened Tea, and we offer bottled water for 25Ȼ per bottle. Remember, Pizza Garden is BYOB!
Q: WHY ARE THERE ONLY THREE TIME OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
A: We only offer three time options because we need one hour in between parties to clean and reset the room!
Q: CAN I BOOK A PARTY AND JUST DROP MY CHILDREN OFF?
A: No, Direct adult supervision is required for groups of young people less than 16 years old.
Q: WHAT IF OUR PLANS CHANGE?
A:If you’re running late, please call the restaurant immediately at 817-281-7627. Failure to notify us of a late arrival may result in the release of your room. Please notify us of any cancellation.
Q: CAN I DECORATE FOR OUR EVENT?
A: Yes and No. You are welcome to bring in decorations, but no confetti on the tables and no tape, glue, staples, paint, or permanent markers may be placed on the walls. We only allow table decorations and balloons. You are also welcome to bring in table clothes.
